Hi all from NZ. Longtime lurker but first time poster! I joined because here in NZ Thursdays come about 16 hours ahead of USA so its possible to see new postings on NZ itunes a lot earlier (the earliest in the world as we're the first to cross the dateline!).

So PMJ's new album - Swipe Right For Vintage - has 3 Haley tracks (out of 12) , 2 known - Lovefool and Oops I did it again - and a new third - Seven Nation Army.

Link is https://itunes.apple.com/nz/album/swipe-...1023927355 or go to NZ itunes (change your country by going down the bottom right) and search for Postmodern Jukebox. Only trouble about changing country is that you have to log back into your own!

Enjoy! She sounds really good on the preview, sultry Haley growl up front! but I prefer the videos so won't be buying on itunes.
Welcome khemari. Hope you're able to see Haley in NZ. Here's the song list for the album. Based on Scott's tweets, I'm guessing Bad Blood will be tomorrow's video release. We'll probably get Seven Nation Army shortly before the tour down under.

1 Bad Blood (feat. Aubrey Logan)
2 My Heart Will Go On (feat. Mykal Kilgore)
3 Lovefool (feat. Haley Reinhart)
4 I Kissed a Girl (feat. Robyn Adele Anderson & the Tee Tones)
5 Criminal (feat. Ariana Savalas)
6 Lean On (feat. Mykal Kilgore)
7 Radioactive (feat. Blake Lewis)
8 Seven Nation Army (feat. Haley Reinhart)
9 I Don't Mind (feat. Wilkie Ferguson)
10 Boulevard of Broken Dreams (feat. Maiya Sykes)
11 Oops!... I Did It Again (feat. Haley Reinhart)
12 This Must Be the Place (Naive Melody) [feat. Sara Niemitz]
Thanks for the info khemari, I'm glad you took the plunge and posted it. Smile Always exciting when new material is out there.

White Stripes Version

The sample has Haley growling and all the rest with a very bluesy arrangement.
I was told what the new cover would be a few days ago, I wonder if this means Scott is expediting it's release, that it's on the Album, so he plans it to be one of the next videos to drop
This appears to be a different strategy for Scott in releasing the album before all the videos are out. But why not? Get the album out and let the release of youtube videos stimulate additional sales.

She has lots of videos on her channel.

And Mykal Kilgore gets another song with Lean On.

Thanks for the the heads up, khemari. That's very interesting news.

edit: I like this song choice.

I wasn't familiar with it before, and when I first heard it, I thought the instrumentation was the catchiest part. I wasn't sure what to make of the lyrics.

Now I see the catchy instrumentation has been picked up by fans of European professional football and American sports teams, primarily college, that chant/harmonize it. That's broad appeal. And the lyrics were more sensible once I learned they were about people gossiping.

It was covered by Dave Grohl and the Foo Fighters just this month. Actually, it was covered by Dave's orthopedic doctor (you may recall Dave recently broke his leg). The crowd sings chants along.
