I don't use any of those, the sketchy ads seem ripe for potential virus, but that's me. For pics, I either tweet them or post on Instagram then use that code generated to post pics here.
On Twitter, you just have to hover your mouse over your picture, right click and chose copy image address, then you can paste the code wherever you need.
Instagram is a bit more complicated to locate the code. If you know basic web page coding, you'll know what to look for where.
