OK , that's what rock 'n roll should sound like. Nothing fancy a basic three chord progression. I like the lead guitar player and the rhythm guitar player mix it up together. With their. Solos nobody here is trying to be in the limelight. I'd like to hear John Notto and Harry Reinhart jam out together. John is very impressive on his acoustic and his electric guitar. Martin-D 28 vs Gibson Les Paul standard. I hope to hear more and him when Haley goes out touring.

That band sounds a hell of a lot better than James Durbin and his band.

John's not listed in Ground Zero's older videos, so he might be a relatively new addition to the band.

KInda reminded me of Shoot to Thrill by AC/DC in parts but the tempo's off just a bit.Goes to show ya, all you need is 3 cords to Rock and Roll .

On those two songs, the vocalist and sound made me think of AC/DC.

The title/header of this thread is "Haley's picking out her band." She's wanted to be fullly invested in the full process from A - Z. And one of those band members she selected is, essentially, deserting her before she even heads out on tour.

As I said earlier, since she's grown up in a family trying to make a living through music, she likely understands. But that doesn't mean there might not be a little pain involved. It's a lesson learned for her, to be sure.

And AC/BB, I think a sax would be a great addition to Haley's band!!

I didnt know Neal Schon played for Santana. David Gillmore and Neal Schon are 2 extreme guitarists that I could listen to for hours on end. Their styles of playing takes you places especially Neal I just don't know where he comes up with those types of solos they just go on and on some are is lengthy as the song. But they're not sloppy and he stays in key.

I'd love to see Haley put together a skookum band that plays and grows with her over time. Then on her next album they can record with her. That may happen, but it is not essential. Right now she just doesn't have enough work for a full band which could keep things in flux for a while.
