The Ultimate Music blog (josepvinaixa.com) is a credible source. While it's not a top tier or even second tier journalistic site, they have a rep for having sources of information. (So, they could have information beyond the indiegogo project). It's not safe to think that they created this from assumption.
It's not to say that this report is correct, but that it may be. (Needs confirmation).

I will be happy for whatever is next in Haley's career. If this project will be the video for her next single, or if it's just a side project for her, I'm honored to help support Haley any way I can.
I do believe in my heart that she may be talking to management and/or label companies, but in the mean time is going ahead and making a video that she has control over and can be proud of. And she is involving her fans, which makes me happy!
I hope together we can help fund her video quickly.

Yeah, I shouldn't have said that bit about the blogger making an assumption. Somehow when I first read "The singer confirmed new single entitled 'Show Me Your Moves!', first taste of her highly-anticipated second studio album". I wasn't sure if Haley had only confirmed the new single or if she'd also confirmed that it was going to be the 1st single off her 2nd LP. If there was a "will be the" in front of "first taste", I probably wouldn't have questioned it.

I've donated $55 so far. I can't spend too much because I obviously have bills to pay, but I am debating whether the $150 one would be worth doing! Then that would be the last I can donate.

Donate what you can. I'm sure it's not Haley's intention that you give so much 'it hurts'. Give what you are comfortable with, she's given other options to show support that's not monetary

I'm thinking of doing the personalized video one too. I'm definitely not done donating yet. I just need to spread it out a little.

That's my idea also Swanee. I'll spread out a little at a time and If she's coming up short of the goal in April, I'll likely kick in for the $150 perk. Times are better but I'm still recovering from the recession from which many architects went belly up. Plus just this morning I had to cut an invoice in half for a job we developed further than they wanted it too.
