I don't know what the video recording rules will be for Haley's show, but Yelp reviews
indicate you're not usually allowed to bring much into the venue.
Couple of examples from 2015:

BONJOJET!! Long time no see! I may be going to the Pittsburgh show also along with Tim & Rebecca & Rachel (Haley Birthday Video fame) from my hometown of Webster, NY. Sorry you missed Halien Shindig #5. Glad you were at #1.
I don't think Miguel has the right venue for Pittsburgh since the comments seem to suggest it is an outdoor venue. Stage AE is this:

Stage AE has an outdoor stage and the Club at Stage AE which is inside. Haley is playing the Club. The Club has a 2,400 person seating capacity so I have to believe that has to be one of the largest venues on her tour.
