On twitter people posted that CHFIL hit 200 million streams on Spotify recently. I just wanted to mark this milestone here. Today's count is 200,982,397.

Current Spotify view count is 216,837,129.
Since February it has been averaging over 160K views per day. This compares to 158K views earlier in 2019. No drop off. It appears that the song is generating about $550 to $650 per day (payout rates I found for 2020 ranged from .00339 to .004 per stream). Hopefully Haley gets a nice chunk of that.

The movie isn't my cup of tea, but it audiences seem to love it from the Rotten Tomatoes rating (98% positive, although press reviewers predictably did not like it so much). A nice sync that gives extra exposure for Haley's timeless wedding song. Unfortunately it was released in March just as all the theaters were shutting because of the coronavirus, but it's still available on demand. Released by Lionsgate.

YT views have dropped off quite a bit. Since this post the three active postings that I have been tracking are up about 5 million views (almost), with the vast majority on the Lyrics version. So the view count on these averages about 28K per day since June.
Curly Girly and Paperman versions are pretty much dead, and the extragum version is gone. On the other hand, the official version on Haley's channel (not the new one) has 7,140,317 views now. I haven't tracked it regularly but it probably gets the second most views of the original release (behind the lyrics version). Lots of other versions and copies of the original are posted and also pick up a modest number of views. Haley re-recording of the song released on Feb. 14, 2020 has 882,949 views. The Idyllwild live version posted on Tusk's channel in March 2019 has 1,528,810 views.

Currently 1,073,537 views for the year, 2nd most viewed video on my channel in 2020 and the most viewed video of Haley singing the song live on Youtube. It will be one of four videos on my channel to have over a million views this year (Time of the Season (Idyllwild)/Creep (Ribfest)/ Wild Horses), Time of the Season has almost 2 million views for the year (1,883,365 to date)
First time my channel has ever had 4 videos w/ over a million views in one year.
Remarkably, even though I've had no opportunities to record any new shows in 2020 (I've posted 20 fewer videos to date compared to 2019), currently, my channel is less than 40k views from passing 2019's total for the year, making it 8 years straight my channel has new highs in views

Thought this was a nice mention of CHFIL in a recap of Spotify's top wedding song streams of 2020. They include Haley's version specifically among a list of "some unsurprising classics", along with Etta James' "At Last" and Fleetwood Mac's "Landslide", before going on to some they didn't expect.
