“Show Me Your Moves” answered one style of music I’ve been hoping for from Haley. A song with a solid and driving beat that makes a person want to tap their feet and bob their head. The way the brass comes in and punches the beat is truly sweet.
What I adore about Haley’s voice is her extraordinary sense to extend and release notes and her inflection of notes just at the perfect place to set the mood in this case funk and groove. It will be fun to see how many versions Haley creates live.
The video is everything I hoped it would be and much more. The acrobatic dance moves are astounding and I love the way they used slow motion to isolate and extend the artistry of the movements. Haley is a natural in front of the camera as seen by her beautiful close-ups. The wind just adds to the atmosphere, everything is moving even the hair.
Daniel Gutierrez, Avi Cohen, Ernesto Borges and Haley along with the others make a great team and sure know what they are doing. I am so happy for the participating Haliens. You did fabulous and sure had a big part in the video. I know that all the fans are glad to have contributed to this fine musical artistic creation.
Thanks so much for recording, posting and sharing some behind the scenes action. Haley can sing anything great on the spur of the moment. Casey and his group are always finding ways to enjoy themselves and they just love playing music. What an unbelievably special and cool, not temperature, time you guys experienced. Another once in a lifetime event.

I agree completely Himm2. I was very surprised at how great and cool the video looked. Someone on Twitter noted it was a “Katy Perry” level quality video, but I think it looks even better than some of her videos. A real creative vision by the director, the DP, and Haley resulted in a very memorable video. Love the color scheme, the costumes/make up, the whole apocalyptic setting, the dancing. It all really works well. And Haley just owns the screen when she is on it with her out of this world looks and attitude. This video is a real triumph and everyone involved, including the fans like Tusk, should be very proud.
Almost all of the comments have been very positive across social media, and you can see she has fans all over the world. There are some negative comments I saw, mainly about the song itself. The few haters I saw were mad the song was a pop song, not a growling rocker. Well, you can’t please everybody but it appears she has thrilled a vast majority of her fans with the song and video. The song is a fun, catchy summer song that Haley nails. No EDM, no auto-tuning. Hopefully she will get the chance to sing it with a full band down the road….. Anyway…what a day for Halien Nation.

And I don't think she released this particular song because she thought it is her best material. But when you happen to be hanging out with a "movement artist" what better song to choose? But she has even better songs in her stash and I'm sure some are less poppy. I think the video turned out great. Far more ambitious than most, especially considering it is an independent effort. It's not likely to be a game changer, but the song has a number of things going for it that could lead to good things.
There is an off base remark, I think at MJs about this being a quick money grab by those who manage her (etc). LOL. When I last viewed the video (and the shots from Club Nokia) I'm thinking Haley needs to make sure she gets good shots for Alyce Paris when she does these things. In other words, always think about that sponsor/marketing side of things.

I really loved the video. Very imaginative--very expressive--totally cool vibe. Haley looks phenomenal and as rmd said she does own the screen when she's on there. I don't watch pop music videos--so I can't really compare it to what other current stars are putting out. But, I can't imagine anyone is doing anything better.
So cool to see Tusk in it. What a treat! Also loved seeing a bit of Casey and the band on the wing.
Had trouble with the yahoo site as well due to my old computer. Gonna watch it on my ipad later--I'm charging it up.
I think SMYM is fun and catchy with a very sexy vibe. I like the recorded version and I like the jazzy version she did with Casey a few wks ago too.
Really proud of everything Haley is doing to get herself out there in the business. It's obvious that she has her plans/goals and here is a great example of one of them coming to fruition!
PS--I loved WTSGMI with Caley and band. That's a lot of talent right there. And ITA with Babbs -that pic of Caley is the sweetest ever!
PS I could never hula hoop very well either. Haley is great. And it was amazing the way she was bendning over backwards when they were jumping over her -- that's something else!

I think that comment was put on Casey's Facebook, it was what looked like the same type of people that couldn't see past their noses with whatever rage they felt for Haley
