Continued from previous page...
I'm amazed that these videos I shot last night are less volume distorted than what we were hearing live in PS Pub Last Night:
Guess upgrading to a Sony 16 MP 16X zoom but mono audio with a better mic has it's advantages.
That was Harry's special unplanned surfing song just for Tusk!
and that was Midnight's dedication to all Haliens.

Midnight was on fire last night! Best show ever! The band & company was outstanding! Thanks for a fantastic night!

Himm, your vids are terrific! Two takeaways:
1.) Harry went into a nice falsetto at the end of Lady Madonna. It was short, but well done. (And, yes folks, that's what falsetto is.)
2.) Patti plays a wicked tambourine! While I've noticed it before, I don't think that I've mentioned it.
Seems a good time was had by all. Thanks for sharing.

Since it's been kind of slow around here lately, I thought I'd mention that I was at Costco today, Black Friday shopping for a sound bar to go with the 55inch TV in our basement. After talking with Jeff, the friendly sales person for awhile, I found out he knows Harry Reinhart and said he used to run the open mike night at PS Pub. Small world! Ended up buying a Vizio S4251W 5.1 sound bar recommended by Jeff. I hope he knows what he's talking about.

This will be my third time seeing Midnight at Peggy Kinnanes tonight.

Hope that Penny & I can find a table instead of the crowded bar with our backs to the stage.

A tid bit from last night...Patti announced to the crowd during Midnight's break that they were selling copies of "The Reinhart Family Christmas" cd from 2004, when Haley was just 14 and Angie was 9. Of course I had to have one, and Penny was so nice to buy it for me. I listened to it today in the car, and besides it being very well done for a family cd, it was just THE CUTEST, MOST PRECIOUS THING to listen to.
Haley sings Baby Its Cold Outside twice. once with her dad, and again with her sister at the end of the cd. She sings the song pretty straight forward, and comparing how she does it now, her voice is pretty much the same, but you can tell how it's matured as she's gotten older, and she adds her flourishes and such to it.
And it's amazing to listen to the harmonies with these young kids, and their parents!! Very enjoyable!
