I like this. While this maybe "classic Caley," it's definitely not classic HTRJ, which is one of the reasons I like it. Like several others have said, I would love to hear an entire (2 CD) jazz album by these two!
I wonder if they'll perform "Jack" at Carnegie?

I don't think the meant an original.
Buy i'm really hoping for one... maybe a whole cd if that matters. These two are music match made in heaven.

I just hope and pray it's not too long before we get a bunch of jazz songs by these two, but Haley in particular. Her, "Don't care if you do cuz it's understood, you ain't got no money you just ain't no good" is just gold. I love love love when she infuses so much into a line in a song.

They are, indeed! And, now that we've been hearing how well Haley and Keith work together, I'd like to hear more jazz duets from Caley, with Casey playing bass and Keith on keyboard. I'm thinking that could be really good!

I really love Haley's cd - have absolutely nothing to complain (except for the cover perhaps lol), but I really wanted a more jazzy cd, cause her voice... man! Was made for this kind of song.

I completely agree that Haley's voice is designed for jazz. But the audience for jazz is much narrower than Haley's talent deserves. She needs to reach a broader following first, so those of us anxious for the jazz CD need to be generous and patient. (The upside of her developing a larger audience, is that some of them will follow to her when she does the jazzy stuff that you, NUG, and I [and many others] want her to do.)
