Want to know the magic secret to curing all colds and flus? GARLIC!!!
I know it may sound gross, but it really does work! You just crush it to get the juices out and then chop it into tiny little pieces and swallow it with water. My family has been using it for about 3-4 years now. It doesn't fully cure the virus but it helps alot and takes most of the symptoms away in less time than you would normally be sick. Try it and you'll see!!
I have always been against shots and taking medicine....use natural remedies whenever possible

Every person's health issues are unique to each individual. Health has many different variables. It is important that we are informed & listen to our bodies as to the best course of action. Although I am inclined to agree with a more natural approach, I respect each individual's right to choose.
In a free society no one should be forced to vaccinate. It has always been my contention that we should be free to choose when it comes to our bodies.
May you all be blessed with good health this flu season. The best defense is a strong immune system & a strong immune system comes from a healthy diet & moderate exercise...

That was Sweet Cherelann...and you are right that health issues are unique to each individual. I would have been the first to expound on the strong immune system, diet and exercise concept 10 years ago...however, 6 years ago my immune system became so strong that it attacked itself. I developed rheumatoid arthritis and as a result started meds that suppressed my immune system. I actually take small doses of chemotherapy drugs every week...this could explain a lot about Buzz.
The bottom line is I get the flu shot every year and worry every time someone comes home with a cold or flu...yet, I do not get the bugs that everyone else gets in our household. It's hard to explain, but I'm thankful.

By no means am I proposing that all drugs or innoculations are bad. One of the great things about living now are the dreaded diseases of the past are treatable.
I guess my point when talking about letting my immune system do the work is that IMO, not enough otherwise healthy people try to let their body's immune system do it's thing. It seems like many are quick to go for the quick fix via pharmaceuticals (which billions of dollars is spent on convincing you, you need....despite the myriad number of side effects.)
It used to be you went to the doctor's to be told how to get better....nowadays, I have heard doctors say that it's not unusual that a patient come to see him/her with a list of drugs in hand....
