He claims when one asked to borrow his bowtie, he obliged, and later went to retrieve it when the two left the club with Bieber’s crew. That’s when the chaos started.

As Biebs’ caravan started pulling away, Rennalls said the singer popped through the sunroof and started playing tough guy.

“You f—ing p—y, do something!” Rennalls’ said Bieber shouted from the safety of his truck.

“Justin Bieber [was] still running his mouth and I took my shirt off to fight,” he said. “That’s when they all hopped out of the truck and bum-rushed me. They said, ‘That’s your f—ing a—,’ and the first one came to me, and I put my hands up to fight, to protect myself.”

“He [Bieber] got around and kicked me,” Rennalls claims. He also threatened to demand compensation from Bieber for any missed modeling jobs. In a video obtained by E! News Bieber can be seen jumping out of the SUV but what happens next isn’t on camera.

...6:30 AM -- We've just obtained video of the incident ... shot by the neighbor, who says Justin was definitely trespassing on his property during the attack. The video is dark, but you can hear the neighbor yelling, "I see you. I f**king see you!"

Then Justin yells back, "F**k you! I got another one for you, actually!"

They keep yelling back and forth for about 30 seconds, until the neighbor tells his 13-year-old daughter -- who sounds terrified -- to call the cops.

Miguel, I think you're on to something and have been for a while.

So let's look at poor, dear Justin's last year: a.) his "high profile" girlfriend broke up with him; b.) maybe, as his "fans" start developing a bit of maturity, they start realizing he's not quite the "cat's pajamas" they had thought he was; and c.) there are those pesky anonymous critics.

Poor Justin -- he's having a hard time negotiating the next phase of his life.

The bad-boy musician’s entourage had apparently used their cars to block traffic on Pine Tree Drive at 26th Street, a residential area, at 4:30 a.m., creating a drag strip for the young star, who was in a Lamborghini.

Test showed that Bieber was under the influence of drugs, Miami Beach Police Chief Raymond Martinez told the Miami Herald.

Bieber was incoherent, had his hands in his pockets and resisted arrest without violence, Martinez said. He also did not have a valid license, the chief said.

"When the cars are going that fast, it takes awhile to catch up," said Martinez, whose officers heard the racing in the distance.

Bieber told officers that he had a beer, was under the influence of anti-depressants and had been smoking marijuana all day, according to police sources.

When he was stopped by police, Bieber unleashed a barrage of f-words, police said.

Officers are working to book Bieber into jail. He's at the police station and then will be taken to county jail for processing.
