But it wasn't deep enough to put my boats in the lake. View out my side office door. I had 3 sump pumps all going at the same time during the worst of it.
Himm2 or Babbs, do you know if Haley's home is OK?

Himm2 or Babbs, do you know if Haley's home is OK? No sorry MAE, I don't. Harry's duo, Harry and Peter, played on Friday, but I couldn't go so I didn't talk to him. Himm might know.

"Hope your home is staying dry. We have 3 sump pumps going and the detention basin adjacent to our house is full of water. One of the pumps I have filling my hot tub. To bad the MWRD bureaucrats couldn't get the Heritage Park Flood Control Project approved sooner because our kid's alma mater Holmes Middle School is under water."
There wasn't much standing water where they live and they don't have a basement so it is likely unscathed.

Sorry to hear about the flooding Himm2. We still have snow on the ground here, and a few flakes coming down today. This is really sick...die winter die.
Not sure about the hot tub thingy, doesn't sound to inviting to use the hot tub with storm water runoff...anything floating in it?

"die winter die" -- LOL. That's one of the reasons I got out of Eastern Washington -- winter started too early and lasted far too long.
Sorry your still dealing with winter, Sir Buzz, and for those of in and near Chicago dealing with the results of flooding, I'm sorry that you went through that.
