I have confirmation that Jay Michael's contact information lists 'Maverick / ReignDeer Entertainment."
ReignDeer was formed by Larry Rudolph who is best known as the manager of Britney Spears from 1998 to 2004, and 2008 to present.
Fifth Harmony’s Ally Brooke signed with them as a solo artist in March. Larry represents the Fifth Harmony group too. Pitbull is another client.

So far I'm very impressed with Jay Michaels. He seems totally focused on Haley & her fans and followed me as soon as i started posting on Haley's Twitter and "liking" everything I've posted. iHeart Radio seems to be doing a Media Blitz for "Last Kiss Goodbye" for Haley (or is it Jay Michaels doing?): 101.3-KISS FM, 93.9KissFM, MIX93.1, POWER 96.1, BWW Music World, 93.7 NOW, Star 104.3, KISSFMRGV, 100.3 The Peak, MIX 96.7

I always got the cold shoulder from Derek Spartz... never responded to any of my few messages, never "liked" anything I said... never considered me for any HOTM nominations ...and the one time I introduced myself to him outside of the Minneapolis Venue where Haley was playing ...he gave me an "I could care less look" and walked away. I guess i must have cooties or something.

I haven't posted in quite a while but I'm here everyday, at last once. I sometimes think of adding to the conversation but bow to the more "in the know" and on top of stuff folks.
Haley opening for Steven...and they are managed by the same people...duh?
I just have to think that maybe...just maybe...Steven has been an "in the background" advocate for Haley for some of these recent upward moves. Not as much as J-Lo has been for Pia T but still maybe following and keeping an eye on how she's doing since she was hosed on Idol (to which we ALL saw how PO'd he was about.) Maybe even helping her get signed to Maverick.
She's shown she can hang with Irvin M, Slash & Myles, PMJ, Robbie K, Jeff G and countless others, even on the fly. (That's what jazz/great singers/musicians can do.)
Sooo...MAYBE the Troubadour was kind of a "test."
Steven: "How'd she do?"
Maverick: "She crushed it."
Steven: "So you think she's ready?"
Maverick: "She's ready."
Steven: "Then lets do this thing."
And she gets added to open for him with 2 weeks notice.
Or maybe I just dreamt all this. I can live with that dream. Wish I could be there...but there will be video...there will be LOTS of video.
Things are getting fun for our girl!!!

It is possible it happened this way, but I tend to think that things like these often don't happen at the flip of a switch. There's a whole lot of networking and people knowing other people in Haley's circle.
Steven and Dina have been fighting for Song writer rights in DC for at least a couple years, he's very obviously one of Dina's dearest clients/friends. Add to that Dina is Jay's Sister in Law, then the connections become very apparent. Steven's been a very busy man, if you're following his social media, on top of his political activity and performing schedule. They probably just needed to find when they could fit Haley's schedule into Steven's. The stars aligned and a spot opened and Haley took advantage of it
. It's pretty awesome that the six months of practical silence at the beginning of the year has born so much fruit for us to enjoy in the second half of 2018 
The last time that we know of that Haley and Steven met was a little over 6 months ago, maybe when Haley possibly opening a show for Steven might have been discussed...

ACTUALLY TIM... According to Patti who I talked to on Saturday after the wedding that Midnight performed at, that my son was a groomsman for, your dream is just about how the whole deal between Steven & Haley Unfolded. She said "It was Steven's doing to ask about Haley Opening for him"
I was thrilled that Steven Tyler has that much over-whelming respect for Haley and after hearing that Robby Krieger performed with Haley, sounds like he wanted to share the same stage as Haley, also.
