Hi Canadianhalien, it's the same for me and I guess all, I ordered April 3 and haven't been notified yet that it has been shipped, many weeks later. Perhaps now that the tour is over there will be new opportunities to work the backlog :-) We're actually used to it as Haliens - and though it would be nice to eventually have the physical disk I appreciate that this is a selfmade operation. In the end it has always worked out. It would surely have been better to think a bit more about these issues, or at least be open about the process, when enabling the merch store, but ... you gotta do what you gotta do, that's the way I see it. As long as eventually it'll happen, which it will, it is a way of supporting Haley, in my opinion, and I am happy that there is a physical CD at all, easily it could have just been a download, so I see it as a plus. Nothing more we can do but be patient, be faithful, enjoy the music and wait for good things to happen :-)

Based on nothing but observation. It seems a hold up for many orders might be the LP/Vinyl. I have yet to see someone post that they received their LP. So if your order includes an LP and since the shipping is 'free', it's possible your order won't ship until the LP's come in??
Also, it seems like overseas orders might take longer even than Domestic US orders. I've seen that people have received their cd's and T-shirts, so they are shipping them out.
If you recall, the Vinyls went to press a week before the tour began. This doesn't factor in any mistakes or changes they might make after seeing the 'proof' (a first production so the client can OK the product for mass prodution) on the album/Vinyl artwork or liner notes.
I thought I would pick up an LP at one of the shows, but of course they were never available, so I ordered mine from Haley's web site last week.
As XAtlantic said, this is one of the consequences of going independent, you will lose efficiency, but in the end, it is work you did without help, your choices, and I'm sure the experience Haley has gained throughout her independent journey has been rewarding and will inform her future projects.
I haven't yet, but has anyone reached out to the contact numbers on Haley's website? Even when Derek wasn't available, the last time I recall contacting them through those numbers, I was helped by a member of the staff (Derek's old company that did that is apparently now defunct, but I imagine there might be a system to gather messages.) Maybe this might encourage them to be more transparent about progress, maybe you'll be able to talk to someone?
