I believe this is more Ella Fitzgerald style, not the lovely Billy. And seeing that Ella is my all time fave I loved this! Not a single misstep in the vocals! And the arrangement was so lovely. Wonderful job!

Shoshana is a bigger name than Haley, and the Backstreet Boys have some really hardcore fans. Not surprising.

Yup, at this point it's not about competition as much as it is about exposure. Haley's one of those artists, the more you listen to her, the more she grows into your brain, it can be transformative

There's no competition. I think Haley may get some spin off from Shoshona's traffic, just as she benefits from the popularity of the site more generally. It is clear that a lot of people are very impressed by Haley's voice. No surprise there
The exciting thing for Haley is that she is being introduced to a lot of new ears. I've been paying a lot of attention to the video and compared it with others to get a sense of how it stands in relation to the other offerings of Scott's channel. It is doing great. I think it is important for Haley. The video will easily go on to top a million views, even without any publicity related pops in viewership. It has been a long time.
Stacey's Mom was released 3 weeks ago and has half a million views. Its lowest day was about 10,000. And one of the nice things about videos posted by PMJ is that they tend to get steady visits; even the older ones.
I hope she gets to do some of the European tour and build on this. But even if she doesn't I'm sure she will have other opportunities with PMJ.

Given this bump in new people seeing and really liking her, I wish she would have had some of her best videos on her channel. It think it would have helped her build a bigger fan base. She has a nice body of very good videos to push that many people would enjoy.

I agree, and I wondered earlier here why she didn't - a lot of the other gals who've worked with PMJ have quite a few up.
