My house did sell in the 1st week of showing Yeah. It is in escrow and should be closing the middle of July. I will be back in CA and will video the city walk gig Yanni will be there also So I do want to come to the shindig in Chi town. lots of pic's but don't know bout the playing guitar Harry is a little intimidating, they both will leave me shaking in my boots. I'' just do the vids and have a cold one.

Does it seem crazy that I'm actually thinking of spending the $200 to fly down to LA (no hotel) for a day just to see Haley open up for Casey? She might only do 3 songs at the most (I'm guessing), not to mention, 3 weeks later, there's the thing in Wheeling....
...and how cruel to tease that there might be a new song
Luckily (?), it's on a week day which means it's less likely I can go...

I think it would be best to stay home and save your money this time. There will be lots of people there to keep us updated with pictures and videos.

I just tweeted to Haley if she could at least let us know how many songs she will be performing (the text limit made it read like I'm asking how many songs will she be performing with Casey, though
the 'new song' could just as well be a new Caley duet too, they weren't very specific on who's new song....although it was posted from Haley's team

LOL -- yes, the Rusty Buckets would certainly be a fun name for a group of ROOF-ers (ROOF - Royal Order of Old Farts).
Congrats on the house sale! I suspect that Harry would be very supportive and understanding, but I can relate to feeling intimidated. Besides, it would be kind of a hassle to travel with your guitar, I would think

Cool Beans midnightblues!!! So Glad your house will sell and you'll be able to chat (and maybe strum a few) guitars with Harry in his hometown!! Don't be timid...Harry graciously talked guitars with my son (who plays) and when I made the comment about it being difficult to play "Lets Run Away" on Guitar rather than Ukulele he grabbed his guitar (at a set break at Firkin) and showed me how easy it would be.
