this just keeps getting stronger and stronger. I thought it had peaked, but it is still gathering steam. Sure would be nice for AI to acknowledge that a former contestant is sitting at #1 on the jazz chart. However, Jennifer probably would rather chew aluminum foil than announce that.

They were smart let Joey Cook get in a mention of PMJ, and they would be smart to highlight success or excellence in previous contestents; regardless of whether or not they are under contract to the PTB.

I agree with you, John. It's merely my observation (that Uncle PB is ignoring prior Idol contestants), but I think it's a fairly accurate observation. I don't actually see the entire show, so it's very possible that mentions have occurred and I wouldn't have heard them. But, thus far, last year's winner hasn't been on the show, and they usually attempt a little promotion of the most recent winner. (It's understandable that they wouldn't want P squared around
