Glad you joined Haleyfans, theurbansage. As a longtime lurker and still am for the most part, I recognize your moniker from IDF.
Boy, Haliens really did an outstanding job covering Haley and Casey’s show. We’re able to watch from all angles with great views of the performances and especially the amazing close-ups on Haley showing us how she really feels the song with so much passion. I want to extend my earlier thanks to include midnightblues, Rachbobach09 and also “Team Haleyfans” for their recordings that brought the special night to those of us not there.
Tusk, your videos are great. Nice perspective and sound. Haley has a way of making footage with slight blemishes come out amazing no matter what.

You really have to have a good comfort level on improv to accompany Casey Abrams lead on anything. You have to guess where he is going with his scatting offshoots and I commend his backup musicians and especially Haley for being able to jump in. He's just a "wild and crazy guy"! Most of the time I'm amazed at his awesome talent, and once in awhile I wish he'd stick to the script.

I think this duet "Tell me something Good" is shockingly good. I think it is their best collaboration so far in which both singers contribute equally. This is the Casey sound I also enjoy the most - sometimes his sound is just a bit too rough for me to enjoy. Just my personal preference. I am drawn to Haley because of her voice, so I will enjoy all her songs, but this duet is really crazy good. I wonder if the rest of the world will ever see it.
BTW- I don't write much on this forum since so I usually feel that I am just repeating what others have said, but I want to extend my deep appreciation to our super Haliens for all the enjoyment these commentaries, pictures and videos have provided.

Whatever you did.. whether it was your position or your equipment really picked up all the richness and feel of the Bass player and Keyboard and also the two voices without over powering them. I really got the elegance of their approach on your recording that initially(first hear somewhere else) sounded a bit mush. On that other one, I saw where the were going but didn't hear the crispness of their attack on the smooth notes that I can hear hear in yours!

A big Thank You to the Haliens that have taken the time to post videos and pictures on here, Team Haleyfans, Tusk, Yanni, Midnightblues and Rachbobach09. The audio and video quality are superb and its given us one of the best seats in the house! Of course nothing compares to seeing Haley live but some of these come pretty darn close! I'm particularly blown away with the What You Don't Know performance and I'm hoping she will do that one again in Vegas.
