This may be the only time we get to hear Haley filling in the B.o.B. rap part (in my opinion better than the studio recorded original).

OH MY!!! If you hadn't commented on this, Himm2, I would have missed this excellent HD version that Tusk uploaded! Great, great job, Tusk! Thank you!

You're welcome
I could upload a better file, but the next step up is 800 MB, and just seems an excessive size to upload.
Here's "Spiderweb", I was able to completely eliminate the "skip" where the camera split the video file, so is a cleaner video/audio edit than the one posted at Haleyfans' channel, as well as being @720p instead of 360p
I'm going to need help from those who know...for some reason, the "Spiderweb" vid I just posted has received a "matched third party content notice"
Quote:Your video may include the following copyrighted content:
Acknowledged claims
"Spider Web", musical composition administered by:
One or more music publishing rights collecting societies
What does this mean?
Your video is still available worldwide. In some cases ads may appear next to your video. Please note that the video's status can change, if the policies chosen by the content owners change. Learn more about copyright on YouTube.
This claim does not affect your account status
The spelling makes me think, it thinks it's No Doubt's "Spiderweb"....so does that mean they will try and collect from me, or take the vid down or 'just' attach an ad to it, like it says in the notice?
I'm posting a piece of my video so wtf? Anyone have any idea?

I'd agree. I actually think that she should have a different set of rap lyrics written that work for her, and then she can choose -- or, perhaps let her audience choose, whether they want the rap or the music "interlude" version.
Thanks, Tusk!
BTW, while watching Angie in this one is great fun, I adore the bits in which Keith appears. I love, not just his musicianship (which is commendable) but also his enthusiasm!
RE: Haley slays at Lollapalooza 2012 - Himm2 - 10-23-2012
Angie was especially beautiful on this day and it was a treat to see her perform in the background.
Tusk...I have lots of videos that say "matched third party content". It's just a minor warning that Youtube knows the song performed in your personal videotaping exists in a third party's works which you may or may not have been granted permission to post. If the original owner makes a copyright claim against you (Like Viacom did to me for my "Hollywoods Exes" video that I stupidly left up publicly) that you could loose some Youtube priviledges (like being able to upload as unlisted) if it's your first of 3 offenses. You have to pass a course in Youtube's copyright school to be able to continue. 3 strikes - you're out.
If you get a "Blocked in some Countries" That means your video is a direct copy of copyrighted works that Youtube has been put on the lookout for from the original owner (like a network broadcast) The odd thing is it's just made unplayable but you usually won't get penalized.
RE: Haley slays at Lollapalooza 2012 - Tusk - 10-23-2012
Still seems really arbitrary...Probably 65+ % of people who post on youtube appear to violate this law...
Seems they should give you the opportunity to remove content before assessing a "strike" simply because so many violate this rule, all the while making money for youtube/google....
So what does that mean If I wanted to post more of the videos from Lollapalooza up, I will likely get the same notice? And it only matters if the song's owner decides they don't like what you did with their property?
RE: Haley slays at Lollapalooza 2012 - Himm2 - 10-24-2012
It is somewhat arbitrary and it may be a human making the evaluation instead of a computer which is why some notices are on some videos and some aren't even though separate videos are songs from the same copyrighted album.

A personal favorite and under rated IMO, I like Keith's little touches on the keyboard in this song
Higher HD version of "Walking on Heaven"

I love it too! She should've did this one at Stageit The more exposure she gives her "not as popular" songs, the better!
