I believe it is. I didn't see any restrictions. I found one artist hosting a show "especially for my international fans." And this artist provides says this in providing advice to other artists:

I have held off buying a ticket because I know I will be busy that night and won't be able to watch the show. I thought about buying a ticket anyway to support Haley but with only 250 tickets available I felt like I would probably keep somebody who could actually watch the show from getting a ticket (or should I say notes?Confused)

I honestly don't think it will be a problem for Haley to "sellout", but if tickets are still available as show time approaches I will buy a ticket then.

I could buy my ticket without any country or monetary restriction...and believe me is there is a country with severe monetary restrictions is Venezuela (sadly). So I guess it´s for all to watch.

I think the StageIt fee ought to be less - or nonexistent - for the tips.
