How do you introduce a recording artist/poet/revolutionary and visionary. Well first of all you got to find out his name and that would be the Mr. Bob Dylan. I'm going to do a few of these so I'll give you a little rundown on the history. In 1962 Bob Dylan changed his name, it used to be Robert Zimmerman he wanted to change it in honor of the poet Dylan Thomas. If you can get past his screechy no pitch attitude and voice you'll notice that you don't have to be politically correct in your singing to make an impact. And no one has ever made an impact in this 60s or in the 20th century like Bob Dylan has. Joni Mitchell once said that Bob Dylan was a cheap ripoff of Woody Guthrie, and would never amount to anything but a street slugg with a guitar. Little did she know. Bob wrote some revolutionary music in the 60s at the height of the protesting of the Vietnam War, the assassination of John Kennedy, the assassination Martin Luther King the Watts riots in California, and us going to the moon. If you didn't live in the 60s you were missing a lot everything was changing times were changing and that's one of his songs (the Times they are changing along with blowing in the wind and many more songs of revolution and reality. the next song just listen to the words and than you will here the brilliant mind of Dylan

Not one of my favorite artists but the man has a long list of self proclaimed and written songs. I don't know why but I immediately thought of you Babbs so I'll dedicate this song to you. From Buffalo Springfield's to Crosby stills Nash and Young he has made his mark and has written some outstanding songs I can't say that much for his singing voice but maybe that really doesn't matter in the 90s he was tagged as the Godfather of grunge he also has his own record company called vapor. Another refugee from the groups that hosted a lot of talented people and then split off to either start their own solo careers or expand into wonderful singing groups. In 2005 young was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm.

What can I say about ZZ Top? A couple of zombie apocalyptic looking guys. They're not one of my favorite groups but I will give him the benefit of the doubt the doubt there a Houston band not that it really matters . Jimi Hendrix once said " that Billy Gibson was one of his favorite guitar players. Does Billy Gibson have a guitar collection of Gibson Les Paul's you bet he does. He has one guitar it's a 59 Les Paul goldtop that's worth somewhere around quarter million dollars pretty good huh? even though they are guitar heads I do like their boogie-woogie blues attitudes their riffs are redundant but all in all they been around for three decades probably be around until one of them trips over their beard and lands up in a wheelchair. BTY don't ya love the 5 window roadster that was shown in the VH1 vid Legs?

This is one of my favorites that the Beach boys did from pet sounds but there's a sad story to it it goes like this. Brian Wilson is deaf in one ear due to the abuse and the beatings that he took from his father when he was just a boy. In my room was like a place of solitude and refuge where he could go and not be afraid of anything if you listen closely to the words you can feel the way it relates to his circumstances. Beach boys had some sort of an influence on Haley is far as the harmonization goes, I know she was highly influenced by the Beatles because of their harmony skills at one time the Beatles said that they were encouraged and inspired by the Beach boys for their harmony skills.
