I think the video should be up and available. People who see Haley on television, hear the song on the radio, or otherwise get a taste of Free, need a place to see her again. Immediately. The video is perfect for a second listen, augmented by nice visuals, where the song really starts to sink in.

If TPTB are playing some social networking games -- putting up the video and taking it down, they are missing an opportunity. I think they already missed a boat after the AI performance by not having the video available.

I don't think posting the video was TPTB playing games -- the production company was simply adding it to their portfolio. They had 230 other videos listed and tagged the "Free" video with their credits. When it was discovered, they were told to remove the video because the official "VEVO" version hadn't been released. I would expect the video to be posted to her channel in the next 12 hours because she's appearing in NYC tomorrow.

I've seen mention before of a radio push starting on Monday and PJ posted a link on twitter today to an All Access page showing it "Impacting" radio as of 3/26/12.

I expect just like the difference between the Soundcloud version and the 320kbps version of "Free", The Vevo video version of "Free" will be OTT gorgeous.... colors, clarity and detail. I can't wait to set my eyes on it Heart
