Casey joined a live chat on youtube yesterday with SoulPancake
They posted it, he shows up at 48 min. The early stuff is just banter.
@ 1hr 2 minutes he's asked about the names of his instruments. His first bass is called "The Criminal" and his upright bass is actually not called "Bassy", but it's name is "Becky" (named after a 'hot' girl at AI..... don't tell Haley
)He also performs and has a hurt wrist

^^Well, that was -- interesting. Casey is always entertaining, if nothing else.
I've said before that it's not surprising that Casey would pick such great musicians for his band, but in his guitarist, (Taylor ??? -- is that his name?? I think that's what he said, but I wouldn't swear to it), I think Casey found his match, in so many ways: the beard, the hair, the crazy good musical skills, the spontaneity, quick wittedness, etc. They compliment each other well in what they bring to the table, performance wise. What fun those two must have jammin' that we may never hear.

LOL! Well, Casey's guitarist has a good many musical skills that we know of, and probably a few others, but riding horses isn't one of them. The way he's holding those reins is neither English nor Western style. I'm making a wild guess that he's never been "close up and personal" with a horse in his life, prior to this encounter. (And may never be again, depending on this experience.)

I suspect that Casey may have just run across this pix. I think it's from the "Idol" days (or shortly thereafter): Casey's wearing a blazer(when was the last time we saw that?) and his hair (around his face, specifically on his forehead) and beard seem to be trimmed. His hair is also darker than it is in his "vacation" pre-Fourth of July (this year) picture.
