I've considered uploading to another service like Vevo, perhaps... but as far as I know, all these services are governed by the copyright laws and would be closed down if they didn't comply....
I'm hoping that a 'bot' mistakenly flagged my video, but don't want to challenge Youtube because the penalties could be harsh, and I don't want to make a deal of it w/ them in case it causes them to scrutinize the other videos on my channel. One copyright strike (this isn't one yet, I think, I'm still in 'good standing') means you lose alot of the handy tools/abilities in Youtube like posting a longer video than 15 minutes and being able to unlist videos
I've sent an email to Fremantle to see if the video getting flagged is a mistake, referencing the article saying they allow vids to use for ads....
they only have 2 ways to contact them, a British phone number and an email address for press inquiries only. I got an automatically generated response instantly...

Haley got a little mention in the Daily Herald (home area newspaper)…it was about Lee DeWyze performing at Elk Grove's tree lighting this coming November…
