Surprised at the chart. I looked on Monday night and Creep had fallen back to #12, which was the first time I saw it out of the top ten. Now it's up to #5 after sitting at #6 for a quite a while. But the fact that the album version of Oops is at #10 is the big surprise -- it has move up a LOT and SNA has moved up to #2. Impressive showing for Haley.
I wonder why the surge? Oops on Scott's FB has logged 713,105 Views, mostly in the past couple of days and people seem to love it. Maybe FB does help.

I'm not aware of any hints that Scott has put out about tomorrow's video, but there certainly is a case to be made that it should be SNA. SNA is already a strong offering and the video will push it on. It is a video that will draw new people to PMJ beyond what the other unreleased videos are likely to bring in. And more PMJ fans helps all the subsequent video releases.

Personally, I'd rather it not be. While I can't wait to see the SNA video, I think it would be wise for Scott to hold off another week or 2 since there have only been 3 other videos released since Oops. Haley has really taken off with PMJ and has really gotten the spotlight as a result. There is a bit of resentment of longtime PMJ fans and supporters of other vocalists due to that exposure. Since Sara Niemitz has not had a video yet, I'm hoping to see "This Must be The Place" this week.
SNA can hang out on the iTune Top 10 Jazz list in the meantime. Right now, Haley makes up just under 42% of the iTunes Top 12 Jazz songs (#3 SNA, #7 Creep, #10 Oops, #11, AATB, and #12 Lovefool).

I tend to agree, I think Scott will show case some other singers for now, I think Wilky has another song to come out too. In many ways, Scott has gone above and beyond in putting Haley forward to represent PMJ. In his/PMJ's Instagrams, for instance, Haley has been the image used in quite a few of their advertisements for their future tour. So I wouldn't begrudge him if we had to wait a little longer for SNA video to debut. There's a fair chance Haley's collaboration w/ Morgan is posted before the video for SNA
(Also, not a bad idea, marketing wise, to wait a little while from the initial bump from releasing it on the album, for it to wane a bit, then get another upsurge or push, when the video finally posts. Maximize on it's popularity

I think SNA has the highest potential yet for placement... I can totally see it being used in dance shows, setting a mood for a scene in a show. It has pretty great potential, and Haley definitely will turn up the smokey, smoldering heat

I surely wouldn't hold it against Scott to hold back on posting Haley's video, I just think there are reasons to release it sooner rather than later. I really like This Must Be the Place featuring Sara Niemitz. An unexpected song.
