Maybe they put that up because a couple days ago they posted the "Idol sings Adele" video that excludes Haley and got a bunch of comments pointing that out (again) on Facebook. But I'm glad that AI put the link to Creep up on Twitter and FB, broadening her exposure.
The AI FB crowd is a mixed bag with the same old haters mixed in with people blown away. They seem to love Scotty material.

It was a matter of time...Pia joins Scott's PMJ list of singers. Pia and Stefano performed a few days in Vegas recently, so maybe they worked something out together...

In the end, after all the fan wars, white guy with guitar, middle aged women voters, bottom line is Idol is not the destination, merely a jumping off point, exposure, built in fan bases....I think Haley understood that. I think Haley knew that it wasn't going to be easy after the show, in early elimination, finishing the top 10, top 3, it was about the longer you lasted, the more you could make an impression and build a fan base that will follow you after the show, so why further hamper yourself signing a contract that will likely, overwhelmingly, help Idol rather than you. In exchange, you get exposure and a fan base. It then becomes up to you to do with it what you will.
Haley ripped off the bandage early after the Interscope fiasco (which in the end was probably a good thing, she might still be signed w/ them singing other people's songs, making other people the money) and started putting in the work she knew she had to, to legitimately have a decent shot at succeeding in the industry.
