^^^I can understand where Haley wanted to get a confirmed date for the video before emailing you when it was, but a heads up email to the 4 of you in the video would have been nice. For you to find out about it from a celebrity interview,.....
Especially after your generous donations....I would have needed at least a couple weeks notice for work. Makes the plane flights pretty expensive too. Haley is used to getting gigs on short notice,and flying here and there, but to us normal folk, we need more time.

Do we know for sure that you will be there WITH Haley in the video - has she confirmed that? Because, her plan could be for you to be filmed from your home state.

Maybe there will be more than one day of shooting. Maybe May 27th would be Haley herself filming some segments, and she would be letting y'all know of the date where the donators would be filmed.

Could it be possible that Haley and her crew will provide you and the others with free airfare/hotels? You all gave such big donations and I'm sure she wouldn't expect you to spend more money. Just a thought that popped into my head, don't know how true it might be.

Considering they needed the money in order to help fund the video, I doubt they could afford giving it right back for plane tickets and hotels. It kinda sucks but it's just one of those things, if you're willing to donate $1,000 then you can probably afford travel expenses

Flying that one fan in from Hawaii, on a last minute ticket, and putting her up in a hotel would more than wipe out that contribution.

I don't know what is planned, but the most feasible and practical approach might be to shoot a separate scene with the guests at a later date.

IMO that would be very disappointing to not see the other things being shot, getting to see alot of the process, the experience, the excitement. the point of the perk is being"at the shoot", not flying there just to shoot "my part"...
Being a 'non dancer", that's what I'm most looking forward to, being at the shoot, more than being in the video.
I'm sure those flying in from farther away would also be disappointed to spend that money to travel, (on $$$hort notice
) and all we get to do is be filmed, away from the shoot, for a few minutes That being said, everything I've heard from Haley and Harry seems to indicate it being"at the shoot", implying the day they get most of the filming done, so I'm hoping that's the case.

I'm sorry to hear that the big donors to this project are having to piece things together, and yet are still largely in the dark.
