Haley made a surprise appearance at the PMJ show in London (2 years and one day since the last time I saw her in London) she was said to have landed an hour earlier and rushed to do the show, sing Creep, right before the Finale..... I'm guessing it's possible she's in Europe to do the radio promotion for her Euro tour she was supposed to do last year before the postponed September tour

I wonder,who will pay the expenses of Haley's Eurotour:
Concord,OLE,red dot? Because a tour in Europe is not cheap to do even if it is short.
Maybe they will split the expenses between them three?????

I would guess it was originally ole/red dot, and if it was delayed at Concord's request they would foot the bill. But it could be ole/red dot included it to sweeten the deal since they were already committed.
In any case, it appears Concord originally intended to release HR3 around the same time.
That doesn't appear likely to happen. It's my hope the release is coming at a later date because they really like what they have and want to give it as much support as they can.
Or it could be Haley's commitment to appear with Dave Damiani during July threw a wrench into things.

IF she is w/ Concord, not sure what the advantage is to not making the announcement. If anything, it seems like it would be a good PR move....then again, Haley has traveled the unconventional path for most of her Post Interscope career so we have nothing left but to wait and speculate.....

If we hear nothing between now and the beginning of the Tour then I think the music set she plays will be telling. If she includes some new music, then it seems likely she'll be on track to release the album sometime this year. I've always assumed she WOULD play some new stuff in Europe. However, if the song list is the same as the US Better Tour, then I would be worried about about when we'd get to hear HR3. All of the other signs do point to getting HR3 this year, and fingers crossed, another US Tour. But we wait...
Sorry to hear about the airline laptop issue, Tusk. Hopefully, you'll be able to get something for us. As always, we are in your debt!!!
