It was a great ending for the show. In cases such as this, I wonder if there is a certain sadness among the core group (who have been with the tour since the outset) that it's over, -- or if there is a sense of relief that they can get home and get on with their lives -- or some combination of both, and perhaps something else that I don't know about.

Rachel asked me to do a write up of the show to include in her web article about PMJ's London show... she asked for a Paragraph, I pointed out to her that brevity is not a Forte... what I have so far...
Edit: I've moved this post to add to to the beginning of the back half of this review. I want to tweet the whole review to Scott to show my appreciation of the show he presented

Good job, I'd just say don't be offended if it's edited for length

Nice write up Tusk!
Question: I'm curious how many fans actually wore vintage attire to the show. Most of the crowd pictures I've seen from different shows, it didn't look like folks were dressing up in vintage.
(In other words, should I dress up for the show I'll be going to in June?) eeks
Quote:Scott Bradley. He is where anything PMJ related begins and ends. The thing you must know about Scott is that his ability to orchestrate, yet sit back and let other's take the spotlight, is a major reason PMJ has been the creative success that it has become. He is the literal representation of the "Rising Tide that lifts all Boats" By allowing other performers to sparkle with their talent, he creates a musical community that reflects this philosophy as they all support each other to be the best they can be.
Tusk, I think you should send a copy of this paragraph to Scott. It is a beautiful testament of the kind of person he is.

Oh Babbsie dear, see here see here, (sorry, couldn't resist), just wear a vest -- and maybe a bow tie, and you'll fit in perfectly.

Mix of stuff (Ariana and final curtain mostly)

Tusk,
I stop by here occasionally to check what's new with Haley (progress is way to slow for me) and your experiences as a Haley fan. For me, Haley's work with PMJ is spectacular and a step in the right direction. I was expecting and hoping for a rocker Haley when she left Idol but I appreciate her singing excellence in any genre and I feel Scott's band has a level of excellence that Haley needs. Sorry fans but I was thought Haley's band, used when she left Idol, was mediocre and she deserved much better.
The review of the London show is enjoyable reading. Hope you have more.

OK MAE, I guess I was asking for that one. haha But I really was curious how many people actually went all out in vintage. How about this for a hair do (Blond on the right)

Good find, John. The intro of that video is soooo reminiscent of early sixties TV themes (both visually and aurally). That it definitely has that "Henry Mancini" sound, and that musically it's almost, but not quite the theme to the Pink Panther (the ultimate "cool") is so funny to me.

I suspect the "upswept 'do'" is optional.

Definitely has that Pink Panther look and feel. He did a good job with it.
