It is really cool the ad is in the awards categories that it is in, it is a great ad that is for sure. They won a Bronze Lion for an outdoor ad (billboard) for Bayer aspirin. Some people felt the ad was sexist. Bayer responded by saying they had approved the ad, but that arm of BBDO had paid for it to run. Essentially what happened is BBDO created the ad to win creative awards. To qualify, it needed to have actually run. So they paid for the media placement. It's considered a "scam" ad because it wasn't created for a legitimate reason during the normal course of business. BBDO has responded by apologizing and pulling all the ads submitted by that arm of their agency network from the competition. That black eye could possibly taint the judging of S&J.
