She mentions Haley once (@84 min), when she talks about watching S10 and seeing 3 performers having 'star potential', Haley being one, Lauren and James being the others.(My picks from that season!! ) I haven't listened to the whole thing, but it's interesting listening to her background, what she looks for in music clients, how she rates/picks them, they talk about what they look for, hits and misses, what they look for to predict a client's hit potential.
