I think Haley should get serious about putting together a website of her own. In addition to updates about performances and such, she could link to some of those great videos out there.

Interscope apparently gave Haley control of the domain name but they are no longer going to host and maintain a website for her. If she wants one, she'll have to find someone to create one.

My dad could probably do that! He has his own business and does all sorts of fancy computer stuff

Setting up a website isn't that difficult these days. Content management systems are readily available as are templates to give them a nice appearance.

Adding customized graphics and images to personalize might require some outside expertise. Once it is set up, maintaining the website by adding fresh content will primarily require time.
