Eric Clapton is a master on that guitar! He can really tell a story with it. So many great bands from back when!
My nephew (21 yrs old) was in town from Texas over the holidays and was in our basement going thru all my old albums ( I still have about 500) pulling out Allman Brothers, Marshall Tucker Band, Pink Floyd etc.

Leslie west the lead singer is a huge and massive vocalist and guitarist. Mountain also played Wood Stock

Marshall Tucker was another good southern Rock band. Take the Hi -way Back to C A: If you listen ya can hear a little Almond brother in the style of playing, like Dickee Betts
