The band started playing a little after 9pm, and after an hour they took a break. Then I saw Haley. She was with a friend from high school I think (I've seen him before in pictures). I went over to her, told her how wonderful she was, gushed about what a big fan I was,, how I was in the first row at Lolla (which made her smile) and told her I knew Tusk who had taken all the videos at Las Vegas, (which made her stop and say how great that was ). I had my picture taken with Haley, and then she was surrounded by family, cousins etc.

Her mom then called her up to the stage to sing. She sang 4 songs... Son of a Preacher Man, Oh Darling, Hit the Ground Running, and Spiderweb (with her Mom). I recorded all the songs, except on Oh Darling, I thought I was recording, but forgot to hit the on button. so I only got the last 56 seconds of it. What a rookie I am!! Where is Himm when you need him! haha

I have new found respect for you videographers. Recording and deciding how close up or far out to record isn't easy. Tusk, I don't know how you recorded for 2 hours in Las Vegas. I feel you lose a little of the performance by concentrating on your camera or phone or whatever. It was surreal. but I loved every minute of it, and now Mr. Babbs knows what a nut i really am. He was like, " you really are a groupie", Yes sir and proud of it!!!!

Haley looked great, as usual, dressed in a black sheer top ( where have we seen this before) and black pants.

Her Dad said I couldn't post any videos , so I may need to contact him again and ask permission. In the mean time, here are some pics from last night.


My pics keep showing up supersized and i have to work today so will work on this later.

Glad you finally got rewarded for your attending Midnight's shows, Himm2 probably wished he didn'have to go on his trip

About not posting the videos, I remember Harry asked the same thing of Himm2 too, when Patti performed "Spiderweb". So maybe that has something to do with it...or it might be simply something he wanted to keep private/personal for his own reasons.

I wouldn't press too hard to post it and be happy you got to enjoy a memorable NYE. The Reinharts have allowed alot of access into their lives through some of us, so when they ask for some privacy for whatever reason, I'm sure they have their reasons.

Maybe in awhile, in later Midnight performances in the future, you might ask, but for now, I would give them the 'space' they are requesting.
