Halien Havoc - buzzenator - 01-30-2013 From the Daily Beast...by Tricia Romano Headline: Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj, and Lady Gaga's Fan Armies Rally on Twitter http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2013/01/30/justin-bieber-nicki-minaj-and-lady-gaga-s-fan-armies-rally-on-twitter.html Quote:They’ve attacked Kelly Osbourne, ganged up on Piers Morgan, and made off-color jokes about a member of the Black Keys. No celebrity is off-limits: They’ve gone after Twilight princess Kristen Stewart, crooner Chris Brown, and singer Christina Aguilera. When it comes to rivalries, there are few fiercer than that of the fans of boy bands. Say something bad about One Direction, and the Directioners will cut you. Wish she would have mentioned that Haliens take the prize for most well behaved...most of the time. ![]() RE: Halien Havoc - NUG - 01-30-2013 That's surprising - I'm not on Twitter much at all, but - I thought all most Twitter Haliens did was trend her name and talk about not wanting to go to school. ![]() RE: Halien Havoc - buzzenator - 01-30-2013 (01-30-2013, 07:09 AM)NUG Wrote: That's surprising - I'm not on Twitter much at all, but - I thought all most Twitter Haliens did was trend her name and talk about not wanting to go to school. Same as you Nug, not on it much. I loved that Haley's Haliens got the mention in the article, but nothing more was said about them. It seems Haliens qualified, and this is my take, because of the power of fan bases on Twitter to instantly create some type of info moment. The trending thing for Haley is maybe where this is coming from? To be recognized as a force for Haley in the midst of these other celebrities is good...now if we could only get the Halien Army to all buy at least one album. ![]() RE: Halien Havoc - midnightblues - 01-30-2013 (01-30-2013, 06:40 AM)buzzenator Wrote: From the Daily Beast...by Tricia Romano Haliens are well-rounded, mild-mannered, even-tempered, most of the time ![]() RE: Halien Havoc - Miguel - 01-30-2013 Haliens are a good bunch. The trend might have played a part. Plus it's a catchy name. What's nice about this mention is Haley was placed among those other celebrities without the words "American Idol" being uttered. RE: Halien Havoc - alpha7388 - 01-30-2013 They knew that would raise the wrath of the Haliens! It's not just twitter, the blogosphere and forums are defended by Haliens as well. RE: Halien Havoc - stairway2halien - 01-30-2013 Justin Bieber (33,727,992 followers) Lady Gaga (33,616,474 followers) Nicki Minaj (15,677,754 followers) Haley Reinhart (217,320 followers) RE: Halien Havoc - midnightblues - 01-30-2013 (01-30-2013, 11:01 AM)stairway2halien Wrote: Justin Bieber (33,727,992 followers) Hales will gain more followers One at a time ![]() RE: Halien Havoc - Haleylvr4evr - 01-30-2013 What did we do? The last trend we did was "So Proud Of Haley Reinhart" a few days ago for her 2 years. RE: Halien Havoc - Swansteel - 01-30-2013 I've seen a few Twitter rampages (which, by the way, totally turned me off), but I'd say, overall, Haliens on Twitter are a pretty laid back bunch. To be perfectly honest, I have drawn away from Twitter of late, mainly leaving on the notification function for Haley Tweets. I no longer go on for daily updates. Overall, I'd say it's kinda cool that Haley was mentioned in this article--after all, any press is good press. |
