The Halien Family lost one of our own, Hometown OG Halien, Penny Gilbert has passed away. I was told Penny was friends of the Reinharts before Haley was born and will always hold a place in Halien history as the person that gifted Haley many of her iconic gowns in her early career, probably most famous, the black and gold gown Haley wore in PMJ's Seven Nation Army video. RIP Penny, visits to Chicago won't be the same...
