When I looked into it further I found it wasn't Haley's Youtube channel, It was somebody that called themselves "Haley Reinhart - Topic" (tunecore) autogenerated by Youtube. This channel has lots of Haley's songs with only a graphic of the album cover on it. That lead me to believe that someone was just reposting her copyrighted work unauthorized by Haley & her team. And for "Changes" they took a recording they had of one of her tour shows.If it was released by Haley I think she would have made us aware directly. My assumption could be wrong but I don't think so that's why I took my post down. I know Tusk & I were asked not to post our live recordings of "Change" from the fall tour or "Expensive Taste" from the Troubadour until they formally released them. Let me know if I'm wrong and Haley OKed it.

The YouTube (Music) upload seems to come from TuneCore.
These normally show up in topics such as this.

TuneCore seems to be her music distributor.
They may not have meant for this to be published as an art track.
(TuneCore also manages Content ID, so it's possible someone checked a wrong youtube box).

The wrong box would have been at TuneCore.
A key feature of TuneCore: single upload to multiple channels - iTunes, Amazon Music, Spotify, YouTube Music as an art track, YouTube for ContentID, etc. It may be that it was intended for YouTube Music but the timing is off....

Short version: it's probably an "real" release that we got early due to a TuneCore and/or Youtube issue.

By the way, the YouTube topic channels are created by YouTube and from what I've been able to determine can contain both "official" and "unofficial" content.

Even Randy Jackson would scream his Love for this sequel to the "Earth Song" Greta Thumberg should adopt it as her theme song. Biden & Sanders would dance together to it. Peaceful Middle Eastern women might even dance to it in private, away from persecuting terrorists.
