Drew eliminated on X-Factor - Miguel - 12-01-2011
Her versus Marcus Canty in a sing-for-your-life sing-off followed by a vote by the judges.
Simon voted for her, the other three voted against her.
She was reportedly inconsolable (I've been watching the NFL game).

These shows shouldn't let kids compete against adults.

I posted this on TVLive: If Haley had sang variations of Blue every week, as good as it was, she would not have lasted long. Basically that is what Drew did. She was warned, her support pealed off, and now she is out. Girl needs to mature artistically. Simon did her no favors.

I agree that kids shouldn't compete on these shows. Let the work on their craft and grow up. Of course, Bianca Ryan might disagree.

After being reminded of Bianca Ryan with this kids issue, I went back and watched her million dollar audition. It's worth a listen (she was 11).
