Trying to read between the lines, it seems like Interscope (Jimmy) might have asked him to develop a song for Haley. He then did some research for motivation. And possibly put out a call to songwriters for songs. Then he either wrote a song himself or arranged one of the tunes he received. And he feels confident it's an amazing song she should hear and sign off on.

I added more information to the original post.
It seems from his tweets that he recently met with some high-level execs at Interscope. I think they brought him in to work on a couple of projects as a producer.

Don't quite get why Ashley Banks is tweeting but it looks like Paul does some writing and producing. I assume Manny is Manny Smith A&R guy at Interscope.
Paul is credited on this Christine Aguilera song, which mentions Jimmy Iovine in the lyrics along with some other stuff.
Is that Urban?
