Quote:Noel Gallagher claims Adele won't last
The notoriously outspoken (Oasis) guitarist...who has stepped back onto the music scene with his band the High Flying Birds - has also predicted a short-lived career for British singing sensation Adele.
'I feel sorry for girls in the music industry. They do have a very short shelf life. For instance, Duffy: who? Gone. She was massive. And I don’t doubt for a second that the same thing will happen to Adele.’

I was thinking along the same lines that Adele will be around for quite some time. She won multiple Grammys platinum and gold on her album 21. The thing that is ironic about this, is all the songs were born out of a dysfunctional relationship that ended thus breaking her heart. This was in the fuel and ammunition for her to write songs that people could relate to. And that they did kinda like the old somebody done somebody wrong song the old country and Western ones. When she comes out with her third album what she can write about she can't continue to dwell in the past, I don't know the personality of her or what kind of writing styles she has but this might be it a challenge her third album. Anyways congratulations to her I have to give her credit for RITD because I love to hear Haley sing that song especially the studio version.

I just needed to add something else . Him him him him him I don't know if I made myself clear on this but this is kind of like what I'm looking at. Eventually this heartache that she's feeling and all the pain that she has goes away, it subsides, blue skies, chirping birds, and children flying kites in the park everything is the way it used to be. So what I was trying to say is she was very successful writing about heartache and pain and about relationships, so in her third album I hope she has enough creativity to match her second album lyrics wise. Or she just may have a lot of songwriters and producers that work with her Good luck .
