Gee, I wouldn't have guessed that Jason Aldean made more money than Adele. Must be those touring bucks. Maybe John Deere throws him some cash. I wonder when Scotty will be on this list.

Adele was out half the year with surgery on her vocal cords.

She performed in late September at the Royal Albert Hall then was out for the rest of the year. Sold something like 17 million copies of 21.

Unfortunately, such is the life of a musician. The saddest thing (at least to me) is that the more skilled (which equals more training) a musician is, unless you're someone like Itzhak Perlman, YoYo Ma, or Wynston Marsalis, the more diverse that individual will have to be to make a living.

I was surprised by that as well. I only know his name because Lauren is touring with him.
