She was beaming with enthusiasm and excitement. She is definitely living her dream and enjoying every moment of it.

The interesting thing to me is she is not only aware of that but also aware of how fortunate she is to have her dreams come true at an early age. I've never known a 21-year-old with such perspective.
We all envision her album is going to be a smash and she's going to go on tour. Somewhere down the line though, she'll have the chance to take a breath and ask, "What next?" I'm curious as to what that might be.
She has spoke before of doing a jazz album at some point. But I don't think that's what will be next.

Well she also said there isn't much rock on her current album. Thus, I'd like her to do like a soulful and bluesy Rock EP of four or five songs because she does rock so good. I'd like to see her also do a jazz EP where maybe she collaborates with Casey again for a few songs, but to me...I'd rather watch a jazz performance than listen to one on a CD.

I have a notion that the 'what's next' is pretty far away because all of this prep work for "Listen UP!"...the photoshoot, appearances and pressers are all going to increase her demand. I imagine there might be modeling and TV appearances that'll be hard to turn down. That's not even including the summer tour.... I have a feeling she will busy with just this stage of the game for up to two years.

I tend to think that too. That's why I'm curious as to what is next after she's tasted the success she has imagined. Will she still have that level head on her shoulders? Or, more precisely, will she be able to focus on being an artist with the distractions and trappings of fame pulling her in different directions? If "Listen Up!" turns out to be huge will fame have come too easily?

I think there are a couple Reinharts in Wheeling that will have a watchful eye over her, and we know she trusts her Mom implicitely. How often does she speak about her parents, their work ethic, making a living doing what they love? Her parents can talk about influences/traps in the entertainment business from their own experiences.
I'm not sure it was "too easy" for her either. Her last few years she's had to earn everything she has now. She tasted failure S9, and she didn't shrink from the challenges Idol threw at her. Each step of the way she she remained focussed and grateful. That Interscope/Jimmy has put so much faith in her instincts is a result of not taking anything for granted...the 'work ethic' Jimmy spoke of.
She has more than shown maturity and perspective beyond her years. Of course, she's only human and will make mistakes and there are things only she can learn, but she's got the tools to handle alot of it.

That has been bothering me for quite some time and that is to be successful to fast or not been successful enough. My hopes for Haley's future is that she doesn't eat the cake all once too much will make you sick and it's not good for you. But she just enjoys one little bite at a time. I've often wondered about some of young artists for instance Taylor Swift she is Haley age but has experienced an enormous amount of fame for her young age. Look what happened to Britney Spears. And I'm not saying this is going to have to to Haley there is a possibility, but I really hope she uses wisdom and gets strong advice from her parents and people that have been down this road. Being a success can be a blessing or a curse. I once knew a woman who was strikingly beautiful, she was the type of woman you could not keep your eyes off. And I told her you are so blessed have your beauty, but she told me that it was a curse because people only saw my outward appearance and never got to know who I was as a person on the inside. If that makes any sense. I just wish Haley the best of luck in fulfilling her dream my advice to her would be to her would be just take it easy you have a long life ahead a you, but you only have one day at a time. Enjoy what you have and be grateful. It is a 1 in a million chance of a lifetime.
