Haley to be on "What's Trending" on 8/22

I was reading about Phillip Phillips having issues with Interscope, he is wanting to create his own music and of course Interscope has other Ideas for him.Maybe this says it all about how the record industry wants to feed the airwaves with the simple sing along songs.

Tusk,I want to thank you, Himm2 and Miguel for making thousands of people,including myself the happiest people on the WWW during the Lollapalooza weekend, without you guys we would only have bits and pieces of Haley's history making event.

I appreciate the thought, you're welcome. I need to remind myself it was worth it, that many people did appreciate the efforts of many of Haley's long time fans, out of our own time and money.

I will admit to being a little worn down by the constant 'arm chair quarterbacking' that has been going on at IDF. In a time of weakness, I posted a rant, but took it down, because it painted, maybe, too broad a brush. Most of Haley's fans are well meaning, but unfortunately the 'grousers' and 'second guessers' are more vocal.

But I know Haley has good fans for the most part, and they are the ones I enjoy this with (wish more of them would buy the album though...)

And, this is, among others, is a stellar example/reason why Phillip Phillips should not have won. Poor kid -- I suspect that he honestly thought that he'd be able release the album of "his music" that he's been envisioning, because he's too naive to pay attention to/understand what tends to happen to those who win.

It does seem odd that they didn't have any decent 'significant' footage of Lollapalooza (not even a part in the livestream) . I mean I appreciate that they used my vid on their site, but.... nothing else? You see in Himm2's vids there are people filming her there, where is that footage? I sometimes think they 'must' have something in the works....but nothing as of yet.

Maybe it's just a 'reality' we have to live with supporting a mostly unknown (because of the year off from s10?) artist, who's not easily categorised sound makes them act cautiously with what/how they invest...

The main pro videographer from 101.9 "The Mix" was only filming segments and not full songs, same as one other pro equipment guy. There was about 10 other press people with fancy cameras but they only stayed for the first song and shot only stills. Nice to see your "Oh My" video has over 10,000 views now Tusk/Miguel
