I can't stop laughing at the lizard thing....does she mean there was a man eating a lizard, or a giant lizard? Either way its creepy

Here is a pic of a couple of my cousins on our tour on the Mekong River, the place we ate, a few yards from the river, the menu basically involved any of the wildlife in the area, including Snakes.



This one was a 'tourist snake'...a small boy carried it around for visitors to look at


I wasn't as adventurous as my cousins, and chose a vegetarian item to eat

Vegetarian was probably the right path to take. I used to have a plastic glass -- hmm, that's an oxymoron -- a plastic vessel from a restaurant in Bellevue (that will remain nameless because I don't remember it) that featured Cajun food. The "plastic vessel" had on it what I believe might have been the restaurant's slogan, which was that the menu featured "anything that moved in the swamp." Sounds somewhat like the place you ate at on the Mekong River.
