If you use windows explorer, I think you can pull it from the temporary internet file

These are in MP3 format. I edited them (to kill the glitches) and processed them and saved as MP3's.

After you play the link in explorer

Tools>Internet Options>(BrowserHistory) Settings>View Files...locate the file...usually they are the big ones

Select file, copy it paste it to your location (folder/desktop)

It´s easier actually. Just clicked the right mouse button and saved it as a mp3 format
