F8 first noticed this earlier tonight. They tweeted:

I wasn't sure this was a big deal, as I couldn't see that it was actually televised. I thought it might be an Internet-only type of thing.
Then F8 (figure 8) began tweeting that the show would air after Saturday Night Live. I couldn't verify that at first. But have subsequently found a talent agency on Facebook that stated on October 9th:
"Hayley Marie Norman just got a show! What show you say? Real Music Live! After SNL on NBC! Yowzah!"

pj_haleyfan noticed this b4 they tweeted -- he saw that courtney had followed rmlusa  He's also the one who found (the buried) info that it would air as 2 specials over the winter.
I thought I had posted the FB link (the talent agency one) b4 I said it would be after SNL. But easy to miss.
It's undergone changes in the past. It was originally named Hit Music Central http://t.co/1VfRxlwM
Premise is that you can interact, but after SNL, would make it around 10PM Pacific, so not live on the West Coast (does SNL air at 11:30 in Central?)....
Likely to air from The Grove in LA.

Looks like they're not doing "live tv" but just a live show. Not quite sure how this is going to work with their other goals (social media interaction).
Checking https://twitter.com/Prolifik203 tweets (one of the hosts) shows that the show will be filmed Tu/We at the Grove at Anaheim (City National Grove of Anaheim) for airing in Dec/Jan (planned).
Checking the other host's tweets, Hayley Marie Norman (remember when everything thought Haley's middle name was Marie?), there are some BTS videos, but they are about Chris Rene.
