The played some songs from their first album then brought Young onstage, who had recently joined the band. They did an acoustic set, then plugged in and did stuff from Déjà Vu. Also Stills introduced "a friend" Joni Mitchell on at some point and she sang a song or two. A very relaxed and memorable concert.
Edit: Ha, on youtube (acoustic version):
Summer of 1969 and my high school friend would pick me up in his mother's Ford Mustang convertible as we drove all over chasing girls and listening to Top 40 hits like Marrakesh Express, Suite: Judy Blue Eyes and the rest of the great songs off that first album...Long Time Gone, Guinnevere, Wooden Ships...
...and then off to college to avoid the Vietnam draft. A lot of politically activated music created during this time period...CSN was one of many, but probably one of the most distinctive sounding and Hall of Fame worthy.
Pretty much dated myself now...Long Time Gone
