There's another megawatt smile -- and the girl has "legs for days" (which seems to be the Idology phrase of the year ).

She's also got quite the voice. I see tremendous potential for her during this show if she can grasp (and produce) what they teach her, not have her mind messed with by the contradictory advice that she will, undoubtedly, be given, and make good song selections. Yes, that's a lot of "ifs" but at the beginning of Season 6, few probably saw Jordan Sparks as being the one to win.

Because I'm on the west coast (and not streaming the show -- I'm following MJs live blog), I haven't heard Amber's song yet. But as I said above (in response to Tusk), Amber's voice is amazing, and she has extraordinary potential, if she can deal with the all the inconsistency of the "advice" she'll receive, focus on what she can learn from the vocal coaches, and be incredibly smart about song choices. If she can do all that (at her tender age), she could be one to keep an eye on -- because that voice of hers is unbelievable.

And as much as I love Candice, I'm concerned that she set her own bar so high from her audition, that there won't be any room for her to grow. There's a part of me (a large part) that really doesn't want to believe that, but given the limitations of the stupid themes this show always picks, it seems all too likely to happen.

I know this is gonna sound kind of bad, and I loved Candice's voice when she sang I Who Have Nothing and she sound amazing and all that... BUT.... to me.....This is Haley's song!!! I was like "No One is gonna sound better than Haley!!" I had to almost look away while Candice was singing it. I didn't want her to sound better.

Hmm, I preferred Candice, Kree, and Angie to Amber tonight. But all four separated themselves from the pack.

Janelle has some serious room to grow...but yea..that would be my top 5.

Of the guys, I think Burnell is decent..and Joey and Devin have potential. They just aren't in the ladies class. (Well okay, they're in Janelle's class.)

I'm usually concerned for front runners...but the thing is..Candice's "Ordinary People" was better than her "Natural Woman" and her "I'm Going Down" was better than "Ordinary People" and her "I who Have Nothing" was better than her "I'm Going Down." Somehow...she just keeps getting better.

Haley dug deep and really spilled her guts for that song. Very young Jordin had no idea of the full meaning of the song due to lack of life experience. The same can somewhat be said about Haley but Haley is THE BEST ACTRESS of the three. Candice sang a technically correct song but it was missing a bit of the depth that Haley put into it.

Maybe Haley can thank Randy Jackson...because he left her "with nothing" after trash talking the Earth Song so I guess she could feel: "I Who Have nothing" and she was singing/begging her fans to keep her out of the bottom 3 by pleading: "I Love You"
