Well then, that suggests to me that either his scatting isn't that improvisational and he's practiced it, or he's got perfect pitch. I'm guessing the latter.

Haha I think he thinks Im a groupie/stalker....when we went outside to get the picture and he asked if I was following him! Even though we had to walk that way anyway to go to the car

I've really been enjoying Casey's album more than I did initially. They're catchy kind of tunes well suited for driving around in the car (did I say that all ready in the thread?)

My 12 year old daughter seemed to enjoy them more than Haley's (too bad I guess...she didn't mind Haley's album... I just don't think she has an ear for the stuff I find musically fasincating)

As someone else said, I also think that Casey's _singing_ continues to improve. I don't think he had fully honed his voice at the time he had been on idol. At that time I think he had spent far far more time on instruments.
