It was so cool; there was like, a crowd interaction going on, and I didn’t even have to tell them to do it and they just had it, so they were really feeling it and I could tell.”

It was like Haley preaching to the congregation and it was so cool watching Haley's face light up when they started answering her.I would have loved to have seen shots of the crowd.

... Besides singing, is there anything else that you’re passionate about?

Well, I love arts of all kinds. When I was young, I wrote poetry and I got into slam poetry. It’s almost like rapping but with lots of play on words, rhythm, and it’s got a lot of emotions in it. I’d like to get back into it. I did that a lot back in high school. That’s something I enjoy.

Who are you listening to right now?

When I’m travelling, I listen to Rufus Wainwright and a lot of Rolling Stones. I listen to a lot of classic rock.

Who will we be surprised to find on your playlist? Nicki Minaj?

Justin Bieber?

I guess maybe it’ll be surprising. Before he was big, I used to watch him. My friends and I stumbled upon one of his YouTube videos and it was very early on. We just loved him! We thought he was the cutest thing. But it’s funny now how far he’s come!

I was going to google translate the article, but that's basically same outdated stuff too including her 'hit counts' on her videos, which are kind of no big deal now, that even Xfactor contestants get many more times that nowadays

Little interesting facts about Haley is she among the top 10 American Idol contestants who received more than one million visits in four of their video clips on Youtube by Haley on American Idol performances 10th. Four video clips were receiving more than one million visits are "Rolling in the Deep" by Adele, "Bennie and the Jets from" Elton John, "I (Who Have Nothing)" by Ben E. Haley King and through their own version of the song "House of the Rising Sun".

The Sultry Growler

The soulful songbird announced that she has begun writing songs for a new EP. “I’m currently getting a group of songs together so I can start shopping for labels.

Right now, I just want to see what the right fit is for me and whether it is with a major or independent label. Nothing’s set in stone yet.

“Whatever I do will always have soul, rock and jazz. This is what I have grown up with and what I do best,” she said.


Any collaborations lined up for the EP?

Reinhart: I have my dad (Harry Reinhart from the band, Midnight) on board for four tracks, so far. I would love him to play all the guitars on the next record as I want it to have a definite classic rock n’ roll sound . My dream is to collaborate with Paul McCartney.

It sounds crazy, but I would love to work with him or just meet him in person!
